Bio
I am a new mom navigating my way through uncharted territory with an open heart, fingers crossed, and a sense of humor. I write to try to make sense of my experiences, connect with others, and laugh at my mistakes. I am the Director of a community-based mental health program for children and families and a Licensed Professional Counselor. In my spare time (what's that?!), I love practicing yoga, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
