I am a writer, blogger, herbalist, aromatherapist, energy worker and musician, with background in management and mentoring people to be successful in their lives and career.
My own life experiences include parenting a Cystic Fibrosis child, military wife, abuse, single parenting, re-marriage, grandmother and resilient warrior of life!
