Rosemary uses her real estate and homebuilding experience to regularly analyze the factors which affect the housing industry. A licensed REALTOR proudly associated with 1757 Real Estate Company in Leesburg, Virginia, Rosemary deButts has developed and executed a wide variety of research projects for national and regional homebuilders since 2005. Currently serving as a housing analyst for the Virginia Association of REALTORS, she holds prestigious certifications from the National Association of Homebuilders including Membership in the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP).
