Bio
I have been called a head hunter, people finder, talent searcher, recruiter, super hero, and a lot more. For the last decade, I have been a recruiting machine. This past year something strange happened to me...I turned 30! 30 made me realize that I didn't want to just be the go to person who can always find a way to "get the hire", I wanted to better understand the hiring process, organization development, human relations, and right some wrongs along they way. This is a living document of that journey. I am here to receive your feedback, share some best practices, and create some new stuff along the way.
