Bio
Rucha is the Founder of 'Let's Excel Analytics Solutions LLP'. She helps us improve our services and our own quality system with her guidance
She is a regular contributor to QualityKick blog posts, and her passion for inspiring others to do it right the first time drives her to write about Quality Management Science. Rucha is a Chemical Technologist specialized in Pharmaceutical Sciences. She has experience in pharmaceutical product development in accordance with Quality by Design principles.
She started her career as Process Engineering & Quality by Design Scientist in Pharmaceutical Industry and eventually developed a penchant for writing about Quality, Excellence, and Process Engineering.
When Rucha is not in the office
She is hosting training sessions on Six Sigma, Lean, Statistics, Machine Learning, Process Analytical Technology, or Chemometrics. She was also an invited speaker in India's e-Faculty development program.
Her peer-reviewed articles are about scaling up pharmaceutical products, automating the manufacturing process through process analytical technology and chemometrics.
Throughout her career, she has been coding in the R programming language to explore scientific relationships using mathematics and statistics. Despite not having a computer science background, she developed software solutions to solve scientific challenges using machine learning or multivariate data analysis methods.
She founded Let’s Excel Analytics Solutions for promoting data science in research.
Through her start-up, she has been developing data science solutions for promoting Quality, Excellence, and data-based decision making, especially in the FMCG industry.
Educational background
Her educational background is a Master of Technology in Pharmaceuticals and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical with a specialization in Pharmaceuticals and Fine Chemicals.
