Bio
Ryan McNeil is the founding member and primary broker for FILO Real Estate Group. After a decade of corporate sales and marketing in New York City, he joined a small boutique firm in New York City where he became the top-grossing agent. He decided to open FILO when he saw a special need for a brokerage firm to guide clients through the complicated process of the real estate transaction.
Having lived in or worked in almost all neighborhoods throughout Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn and Queens, he serves as a bridge for clients moving between boroughs. Ryan has a strong work ethic, an innate ability to negotiate and a knack for resolving any issues in order to execute any deal. He holds client confidentiality of utmost importance and is known for his honesty and integrity in all of his negotiations.
Ryan grew up splitting his time between Canada and Maui, Hawaii. He has extensively traveled the world, which lends to his strong understanding of global cultures and intricacies.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys skiing, deep-sea fishing, becoming “one with nature” and spending time with his wife Stephanie and daughter Spencer.
