Bio
I am a career salesperson and sales leader. I have had the privilege of working with some of the best leaders in my industry and have intentionally studied what makes certain sales teams great, and how certain leaders win where ever they go. Through study, trial & error, having great mentors, and working inside some truly innovative companies, I have discovered and pieced together what works and what doesn't in terms of leading sales teams to peak performance. I have also found it is a repeatable model that other people in sales leadership can begin implementing quickly.
I have made it my purpose to take seemingly complex business topics and people challenges and reduce them to simple concepts.....making "what's foggy clear".
