Bio
I am a 30 something former "fat kid" recently discovered her passion for teaching fitness. Also comes with a sly sense of humor, humility, and a whack of "geek" problems. (Celiac, lactose intolerant, cannot eat red meat) I love fashion, especially shoes. Wine and Popcorn. I am the girl that wears makeup to work out.
