Bio

I grew up in Jajpur, Odisha, asking questions no one had answers to. Twenty-five years later, I'm still at it — only now the questions are about AI, engineering leadership, and the very human act of building things with people. I lead cross-geographic engineering teams in healthcare IT, hold an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore, and wrote How to Manage Your Manager (2018). I'm also a Toastmaster, a past club president, and somewhere in the margins — a novelist in progress. On this blog, I write about leadership, technology, and the philosophy that holds them together. The Gita calls it nishkama karma. I call it showing up fully, every day.
