Bio
Melanie Little currently works for a public, international manufacturing corporation in the role of Manager, Sales & Use and other Transactional taxes. Melanie is responsible for directing the sales & use tax compliance team and is responsible for audits, research, and training for all North American divisions.
Being in the field for 15 years, Melanie was progressively employed by two previous international corporations. Melanie also worked as a consultant for two national sales tax advisory groups in a sales/use tax consulting role for several years. She graduated cum laude from Duquesne University with B.S. and M.A. degrees in Leadership and Communications. In addition, Melanie also pursued further education in accounting from Elizabethtown College which supported her candidacy for the certified licenses in accounting and she is also a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI-Sales Tax).
