I am an attorney, and I focus my practice on the creative industries including fashion, luxury retail boutique owners, construction companies, and interior design firms. Specifically, I assist my clients with the following issues: contracts, construction law, intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets), licensing agreements, distribution agreements, leases, import-export agreements, Davis-Bacon and other federal statutes/regulations, employment law, corporate formation, corporate financing, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, landlord/tenant law, and any other issues faced by fashion, retail, construction industry professionals, and interior designers and firms.
