2015-Susie Johnson was actually evicted from her home of almost 30 years. Susie Johnson is now 80, disabled, cannot walk, has a feeding tube, and shows all the signs of PTSD, Her whole life has been uprooted and this once vibrant and woman of vigor has turned into a depressed, anxious, and person who most times does not know where she will sleep for the night. She sleeps in a hospital bed. She has a stage 3 sacral ulcer that she got while at the Summit Ridge Nursing home where she was neglected and abused. She retreats regularly to earlier times in her life when she did not feel so much pain to avoid this nightmare she is living. She is hurting! Chase was the selling entity and also the foreclosing entity and I received a call recently from a Jason Lobo telling me that Chase made a mistake with the paperwork and should have never been involved with her home at all. Yet, they were the ones who solidified and did the most damage. Chase has bullied my mother almost to her death. They are the ones who need to make her whole again and not the person who feels as if they have lost everything and is homeless.
2013-I am the daughter of Susie Johnson and have been watching this situation tear my mother down for approximately 10 years when Washington Mutual lost some of her payments between the transfer between Homeside Lending and Washington Mutual. Even though we sent copies of the receipts and the letters they requested, they still just threw her into default and foreclosed on her home. We are still in this home and now JP Morgan Chase has decided that they want to take her home even after stating last year that they had nothing to do with the eviction. Recently they went to court to just change the name on the eviction papers to their names actually bypassing whatever court appearances there should have been in between. I HAVE WATCHED THESE CRIMINALS STEAL MY MOTHER'S AMERICAN DREAM FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS AND IT HAS MADE HER VERY ILL. SHE WAS THE VICTIM OF ROBO-SIGNING, AND THE ORIGINATOR OF HER LOAN WENT TO JAIL FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ELDER ABUSE AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND IS A CRIME YET THE JUDGES CONTNUALLY LET THEM GO FREE.
