Sigrid is a visionary and intuitive artist using Intentional Creativity to explore the art of be~ing. The more we connect with Heart and deeply listen to our Hearts Calling the more meaningful our lives become, it has the potential to spill over into everything that we do from the mundane tasks to what gives us nourishment! Sigrid loves to cook using organic fresh seasonal produce and makes choices to minimise her footprint on the planet.
Sigrid loves to spread the love... and loves to meet kindred spirits, she is willing to travel anywhere to facilitate her Art of Be~ing Workshops.
