Bio
Hi, thanks for visiting our blog. My name is Dario Vargas and my wife’s name is Anna. We started this blog with the purpose of telling our journey and getting some feedback during the process of acquiring and later managing a self storage facility in Houston, Texas, USA. This will be our new real estate investment project.
During the last three years we have been investing in real estate, buying and renting single family houses close to our home in Spring, Texas. We have learned a lot in the process. Anna is the landlord. This is her job in addition to be a wonderful mother and wife. I work full time in sales at a big IT Corporation.
We have three children, Andres (6 years old), Carolina (5 years old) and Juana (6 months).
This is a blog about investing and managing a self storage facility.
