Bio
My name is....... I am a “keen/average” golfer aged 26. The word keen and average is very personal measurement I will now explain my personal definition of these words “keen” I would class as someone who enjoys in this case golf on a basis of 2-3 per week (weather dependant).
As for the word “average” I am a 18 handicap and can play to this 75% of the time if I am not playing to this you will unfortunately see me in the 100 + category thanks to him upstairs and by him upstairs I don’t mean Mr big Jesus I mean my Brain the Mr little “man” upstairs I should say.
I have very little writing experience but I make up for that in the amount of drills I have tried on my local driving
range to give you a rough idea of the amount of drills i have tried on this local range it has earned me the title given to me by the local range keepers/pro golfer and assistant pro golfer “he’s back again” which is usually followed by how many balls today.
As for my writing experience I have appeared in “Today’s Golfer” 3 times winning the award best story of the month on one of them. Thankfully no photo was taken.
Now for my playing experience I started the great game at the age of 16 with the intention of killing some time during the current summer I borrowed some clubs off a family friend the Uncle who isn't actually your uncle who clubs wouldn’t have been out of place in a museum which is said in the nicest manner and I thank him for this.
I have a regular playing partner when we can schedule each other in our diaries to give you a rough idea he is wee close to the height of a grasshopper with a fiery temper a proud Scottish pensioner. Enough of this personal mumbo jumbo, hope you enjoy the blog.
