Bio
I am a writer and podcaster, and a fan of books, podcasts, hockey, baseball, curling and movies. I am also the Regional Traffic Manager for Rogers Radio in Ottawa; all views and opinions expressed are my own. At the age of 35, I was diagnosed with epilepsy, which has been a difficult journey, but I have been able to manage it with medication and lifestyle changes.
