Pseudonymity describes a state of disguised identity resulting from the use of a pseudonym or pen name. I do not do it out of fear. Instead, one of the uses of a pseudonym is to direct the attention of readers to the issues in this blog. As for my display name, Article 19 being one of the articles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, states: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; the right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers.
