Bio
My name is Shalonda Addison and I am 21 years old. I currently attend the University at Albany where I am a senior due to graduate in May. I graduated from Herkimer County Community College prior to transferring to UAlbany. I earned a degree in Business Marketing while attending HCCC, and I am currently finishing the Rhetoric Communications Bachelors program at UAlbany. I intend to use my degree and experience gained through internships to obtain a job in the Public Relations field.
I have two sisters, one being my twin sister Daronda who attends SUNY Potsdam. I also have an abundance of other siblings I am still getting to know from my father's side of the family.
I tend to keep very busy, because my mind is very active; the hamster on the wheel in my head NEVER gets tired. I have so many passions that I'm just trying to figure out what I can accomplish in this lifetime. I think if I had to choose my dream job would be to work for a beauty of lifestyle company in their Public Relations or Marketing departments. Such as Proctor and Gamble, who has a host of different beauty brands, or a franchise company such as Forever 21, JCPenny or Macys.
I love to plan things, vacations, parties, birthdays, EVERYTHING. I make lists for anything that I want to remember, with an active mind like mine its necessary. I love color, patterns, fashion, music...anything that is a symbol of self-expression makes me happy. I have a collection of handbags, I think I have about 50-60 handbags, everyone who knows me knows I have an obsession with handbags and shoes, just cant say no to a sale.
Being able to express myself in writing, talking, the way I dress, hairstyles, is refreshing to the soul. All I want to do in life is to inspire and to gain experience in many of the things I am passionate about. Experiences help you learn who you are and build who you are going to be.
