(B Com., MBA, LLB.)
Mr V K Sharma is matured HR / ER professional with around four decades of rich experience in the country’s respectable and large companies.
He worked with M/s Aditya Birla Group: Grasim Industries Ltd., (M.P.& Guj.), Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd, Bina (M.P.), DCM Shriram Industries Ltd., Daurala – Meerut, (U.P.), Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Bareilly (U.P.) and Dabur India Ltd., Sahibabad (U.P.) and Alwar (Rajasthan).
In these plants, he has handled all core HR processes and managed very complex ER situations. He has been leading large teams of qualified HR professionals.
He is a certified coach from TWP. He has been a member of “Apprenticeship Advisory Board U.P. Lucknow, Joint Secretory of Meerut Management Association, President of Nagda Employers Association and active officials of various social bodies.
Apart from his role as HR Head in these plants, He has been a visiting faculty to various Business and Engineering colleges / Institutions. Like V V Giri National Labour Institute, Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development and Avviare Educational Hub, NOIDA.
He is a life member of National HRD Network (NHRD), member of Indian Society Training & Development (ISTD), Noida Management Association (NMA) and Ghaziabad Management Association.
