Bio
I'm a former newspaper journalist who is passionate about editing. Since jumping at the chance to take a buyout from my paper a little more than a year ago, I've thrown myself into freelancing ... what a different world! I have a rare background for a journalist: My first career was in public accounting and finance -- that's right, I'm a journalist who is actually GOOD with numbers! But I've never once considered going back to my old career, because editing is what I'm "supposed" to do...it's what I excel at, and it's what I love to do.
