I am a Licensed Member of the State Bar of California, #40567, i.e. an attorney-at-law.
As a criminal defense attorney, former prosecuting attorney and law professor (Constitutional Law, SFLS), I've learned the importance of competent investigation. Defining what this is in light of our many human failures is the subject of this site.
