Hey all! My name is Bob Merc, and although you have found some political rants and raves here my main fete' is sports-talk. I am 51 and disabled with rheumatoid arthritis...I spend most of my time homebound due to it. In 2005 I began doing a podcast called the Scranton Pa. Sports Shift, which was a podcast dealing with local sports. From there I spent 2 years at TPSRadio.net doing a weekly live sports-talk show called "The Shift". I do all my shows from my studio at home over Ustream.tv and Ubroadcast.com...although I have been on hiatus since April because of my health. I keep up this blog in the meantime. Archives of my live shows can be found at www.scrantonpasportsshift.blogspot.com and my website, www.goshift.net is down right now for redesign.
