Belfast writer and photographer living in Toulouse, France. Running an estate agency - GITES à la Française - and active in helping small businesses and gite-owners to get on-line.
Above all Simon feels that not having the right to vote in France (despite 40 years residency and tax paying) gives him the responsibility and duty to use ever other available means to get his point of view across. Like many others in the non-patriate community.
