Bio
Been an Program Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach with more than 17 years of experience in Software Industry. Initially, I started my career in development and gradually moved to management role. Other than interest in technology & process, I enjoy football (soccer) and definitely cricket like most of the Indians. While working for different employers or clients, I have noticed that key for any project's success is relationship and we sometimes give different names or forms to it like collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, escalation etc. I would like to create bonding over the blogs, channels, videos with my readers/viewers through my views and in turn would be expecting to receive their opinions.
