Bio
Born in the U.K., and a resident of four countries, I have lived in Los Angeles since 1979. I know this city better than any other. I have had many careers, including administration, sales, marketing, and I spent nine years as a recruiter getting to know the people of the city also.
During my years at Keller Williams, I have had the pleasure of buying and selling homes throughout the Greater Los Angeles area and have met many incredible people, some of whom have become my friends.
The buying and selling of a home is an emotional and sometimes very difficult experience. Having someone who understands that and can take as much of the load off as possible is important. The process is pretty much the same in every transaction. The personalities and needs are different. Negotiations can sometimes get heated and being able to stand back and let your agent handle the brunt is worth a lot.
You may be an absentee owner or out-of-town buyer. If an agent can take the time to be there when you can't, when repairmen need to be called out, keys made, furniture moved out, etc. this can save you valuable time and aggravation. An agent who can drive newcomers around the city to show them areas and get them them acclimated can relieve the stress of trying to find a home in a new city.
This is what I do well. I do go that extra mile to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. Many of my clients have been absentee sellers and out-of-town buyers and this involves more than just the buying or selling process. I treat each sale or purchase as if it were my own and my clients like I would like to be treated.
This most important and personal transaction of your life can go smoothly and can be fun. Leave it to me, and I will ensure that happens. And maybe I will make a new friend!
