Bio
At the age of 52, I woke one morning thinking "Why even bother to get out of bed" I decided to reclaim my life. The more I researched, the deeper down the rabbit hole I found myself.
So, I started writing about my experiences and what I have learned. It is my wish this blog brings hope to those suffering from stress induced illness.
