Bio
I am a woman on a moment to moment, day by day journey of the present. I am a Christian, and so a follower of Jesus, loved by my Abba, empowered to live out my Christian walk by God's Spirit. At my core I am a teacher and organizer. I love to find out how things work, so I can help others understand. I love Tolkien, C.S. Lewis and other authors of their time. I like to learn about history in general, and the 19th-20th centuries particularly. Finally, I am learning again how to have fun and be creative.
My current avatar is a partial photo of a extraordinarily beautiful hand quilt which was displayed at the 2014 Road to California Quilt Show. It reminds me of Christ the Pantokrator, the Greek translation of the Hebrew, El Shaddai--the Almighty.
