Well, who am I - I am a NOBODY and I want it that way, if I was a somebody, well I'm sure my phone, e-mails will be hacked and my dirty laundry aired for the amusement of the fickle public in the tabloid press. OR maybe I would want fame by being on a reality TV show and then constantly doing things like marrying and divorcing every 4 weeks to keep myself in the news, what an aspiration that is to be such a role model in life to the world NOT!
So who is this guy who wants to verbalise his polarised views on a blog, well I am child of the 70s, I consider myself to be a well educated postgraduate and someone who has worked across the world in the private, public and third sector. I have dealt with neanderthals, who probably got their job from sleeping with someone important (this is the type I came across in the public sector mostly) and I have dealt with some amazing humble people with brains like pentium processors.
I HATE rich toffs who are usually public school arrogant guts who got to where they are cos DADDY paid for it and used his connections. I LOVE, normal grounded people especially blue collar workers (I used to work in a warehouse driving forklift trucks to pay for my universty education, so I have a deep connection with people form that background) and I have many friends in that mould. I tell you this as you will know which side of the line you stand with me.
BUT I also care deeply about social issues and feel this is a perfect medium to air my thoughts (even if it is to myself) on mass system changes but also to keep it fun, I shall delve into my life experiences and some are great and funny, some not so - but it has shaped me into being this person with the views I shall express, however warped they are.
So if you read my blog - I EXPECT YOU to have an open mind and RESPECT the fact that we all see the world differently and those DIFFERENCES WARRANT RESPECT, after all that is the first step to a CIVIL and JUST society. But this is MY blog and I am entitled to my views on here since it's my time and effort putting this together, if you feel you need to rant and rave as well click on COMMENTS and do so but do try to use rational cogent coherent meaningful language most of the time, however, the occassional use of swear words are fine by me.
Great, so now we got that out of the way, do enjoy, be shocked, hopefully agree on a few points on here and most importantly do disagree if my views do not chime with your perspective and I hope we can participate in some rich dialogue.
