Bio
Having had an interest in photography for ages, purchasing my first camera for the grand amount of ZAR 0.99c at the age of 11, progressing to various el-cheapo's, then a 35mm Yashica from my Dad as a 21st birthday gift, years later purchasing a 35mm Nikon FG (SLR), onto an Olympus common-garden-type muk 'n druk (point & shoot) and then a Canon 400D SLR digital camera, as a 50th birthday gift, from a good friend, my fun with a camera started a long time ago and shows no signs of abating!!
My favourite subjects are anything that I see, which I think would make a good photo. I test out various scenarios, sometimes just clicking away madly, at times actually planning a shot, usually coming up with a fairly favourable result.
