Bio
I am a serial renovator, house flipper, furniture tweaker, self-taught interior designer and trained graphic designer. I was pretty much hooked on remodeling after my first house flip 10 years ago which led me to a series of flips around Los Angeles. I love anything related to house design but get most excited at knocking down walls and seeing the potential in a house or room. I’ve heard the saying, “You’re either a house girl or a fashion girl”. I think I’m a little bit of both since I’ve been known to shop at Home Depot in heels. But if I had to choose, Saarinen makes me much more excited than Louboutin!
But as much as I love design, I'm also passionate about people, social justice issues, the environment, and how design can benefit all these areas.
This blog is a memoir for myself about all my past and current projects so that one day when I'm old and wrinkly and wondering why I can't stand the smell of new paint, I will know why.
