Bio
Having already visited over 40 countries, I am now back exploring more of Latin America. So far I have danced samba and drank copious amounts of caipirinhas at Rio Carnival's street 'blocos', trekked for 2 days barefoot over the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park sand dunes and searched for the elusive jaguar at Brazil's Pantanal. Returning back to Colombia after 4 years I have revisited some of my favourite places and also gone off the beaten track and explored more of Colombia's hidden gems, such as recently discovered Pre-Colombian underground 'hipogeos' and ventured up to the most northernly point of South America and one of Colombia's most forgotten region.
I am a Journalism and Hispanic Studies Graduate from Sheffield University and I am originally from Newcastle, UK.
Follow my journey through Latin America as I return to countries I first visited when I was 19 and explore new and exciting places in my travels through Central America!
