Bio
I am a philosophical poet, artist and seeker. I sing with the spheres, dance with the elements, shout at injustice weep with the world.....
I trained as a professional singer in the 1970-80's, lived in Colorado for about 7 years, came back to the UK to pick up training again, but this time, as an Energy Therapist. This was a four year course which was then followed by a Body Psychotherapy training for another four years..... I feel like I have had several lifetimes in one..... I am an artist and poet who feels most at home in my body when doing either of these two creative pursuits than at any other time. If I could give one piece of advice to my younger, twenty-year-old self, it would be this: " Life is a journey of exploration - the correctness in everything, striving to be the best, to be perfect, nothing of these endeavours ever achieves what we set out to find. However, what we do discover as we crash into or out of as our lives carry on, is that we have gone the way of suffering instead of dwelling in the realm of loving-kindness, which accepts us, just as we are." It is my intention to make a positive difference in life, on this planet.
