This blog is dedicated to my four little ducks in a row, thank you for always having my back no matter what even when I didn't know how to have yours. —My life is and has been defined by disappointment. I'm tired of living like this. I want my past trauma to stop being the thing that holds me back. I don't want it to be my future. I'm using this space to be honest about the journey—not to dwell on the pain, but to find strength in a community that understands. If you've ever felt like you're living with an endless weight, something that you just can't shake, that you know has been holding you back, you're not alone. I share my madness so that yours might not look so bad. I am putting my fear down and allowing people in to see what it is like walking in my shoes. Living with and surviving Bi-Polar, CPTSD, ADHD, Addiction.
