Bio
I've spent 20-plus years as a sports journalist at newspapers, magazines and on the web. I've written a pair of sports books, Order on the Court (Heritage Press, 1995) about Florida's 1994 Final Four team under Lon Kruger, and Tennessee Titans: Celebrating the First 10 Years (Triumph Books, 2008) with my former Tennessean colleague Jim Wyatt.
While it's fair to say I follow a little bit of everything in the world of sports, my two faves are the NFL and college basketball. Those make living in the 615 area code something special, with the Titans and a bevy of great college hoops choices.
I'm also a TV junkie (reality shows are a particular Achilles' heel) and music enthusiast with a wide range of tastes.
