About Me:
My name is Brighton Jordan (@brightonglitter) and I am passionate about all things health. Currently, I work full time as a Health and Wellness Specialist. Graduating in 2017 from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Kinesiology, I have worked hard to obtain my ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification with the Exercise is Medicine credential. In the Winter of 2019, I am expected to graduate from the American College of Healthcare Sciences with my Masters in Holistic Medicine with an emphasis on aromatherapy, physical therapies, and herbal medicine.
