Bio
I love to capture & immortalise those special moments in life. The exchange of a smile, good friends having a great time, a tender moment between generations. The laughs and happiness of strangers enjoying a great day at a social event. Then come those other moments in life when you discover a city, a square, a street you may have never seen before, at least in this light. I have often been told “I’ve have been living in this city for years and yet, never seen it in this way before”.
Sharing these magical moments is a passion of mine. I enjoy nature, food, cooking & photography too so it's only natural for me to combine them all together and if friends can join too, even better!!
Making people happy with my photos is a great feeling. I started sharing my work on a social networking site. Then friends asked if I could come to their children's birthday party and capture other special days of theirs. My sister asked me to immortalise her wedding, the biggest day of her life so “not pressure”! That led to some friends of hers asking if I could be their wedding photographer. I was commission to take photos of an old renovated barn and turned them into postcards to send to friends and family as invitations to the house warming party.
Things leading others, I also contacted Heart FM who took me on as an Angel Photographer for their events in Gloucestershire.
I became the Official Photographer at the Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival and my photos where published in their programs & website.
Recently, I’ve been asked if I could be the BTS stills photographer for Hedda. A movie version on the Victorian Period Drama Classic written by Henrik Ibsen
The adventure continues and I’m loving it! I’m looking forward to meeting you.
