Bio
Steven Martins is Staff Apologist & Junior Scholar in Residence at the Ezra Institute for Contemporary Christianity. He holds an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from York University, and is working towards a Masters of Arts in Christian Apologetics at Veritas Evangelical Seminary. He blogs and writes regularly at www.ezrainstitute.ca and serves with the Ezra Institute as an itinerant speaker and debater.
Steven is bilingual, of Ecuadorian and Portuguese descent, fluent in English and Spanish. He has also traveled on missions to provide Bibles and Christian literature in Latin American and the Caribbean.
Steven founded Nicene International Ministries, a Canadian apologetic ministry, in 2012 and served as the director and chief itinerant speaker for academic debates, lectures and sermons. In the past few years he has spoken at churches, conferences, and universities in Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America, equipping the English and Spanish church communities. Steven lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife Cindy.
