Sue's mission is to help Business Owners and Executives to discover their personality, skills, talents, passions, and experience. Then learn to amalgamate them for maximum achievement! Sue has been providing training to companies for over 32 years. She specializes in working with Gen X and Millennial Leaders by understanding personality for leadership/marketing. Her expertise is Business Coaching, helping her clients become the best of the best, get unstuck, and activate their internal success mechanisms! She works with her clients and companies in communication strategies, team building and conflict resolution. Sue is passionate about leadership development, training entrepreneurs, executives and management to reach their full potential. For three years she coached the top four executives and CEO of a billion dollar engineering project, providing conflict resolution, training in communication while simultaneously consulting on the project. One of her greatest satisfactions comes from being able to significantly impact an organization, where the organization's purpose becomes one of designing systems to best utilize their greatest asset, their own gifting, skills and their people.
