Bio
I got my start in the software business in 1979 when I founded Ferox Microsystems, Inc. I've been involved in financial modeling and analysis ever since. In the beginning it was for large companies. But since 2002, I've dedicated myself to helping small companies do financial analysis and cash flow planning through my latest startup, Luhring SurvivalWare, Inc. I'd like to say it was all pre-planned: that I created some pretty sizable cash flow problems early on, just so I could develop software to cope, and help others survive. I didn't have to create cash flow problems - they just came my way naturally. My goal is to help entrepreneurs achieve that balance of analyzing what's going on in their businesses without spending too much time doing it - so they can make better decisions and sleep well at night.
