Bio
A qualified art psychotherapist, artist, and energy healer I am interested in creating spaces for growth, exploration, discovery, awareness, relationships, community and new ways of thinking.
Art making and a desire to heal have been implicit throughout my life - becoming an art psychotherapist united these aims. And previously living abroad, travelling, raising children, divorce, love, being an artist, energy healer and art facilitator deepened my practice. My doctorate explored pleasure and pain, sex and sexuality, power and agency through new materialist and posthuman thinking.
Now, I aim to foster healing with creative energy, intelligence and kindness - to re-imagine our relationships with self and the world, through offering therapy, ceremony, workshops, art, podcasts, writing and community actions.
