Bio
This website was a gift from my children Sita and Tessa. My blogging started a week after a plane crash that I miraculously survived, with my husband and my colleague Joan, who are also recovering well.
I started writing a daily journal on the Caringbridge website which our friend Andrew and our kids started the day after the accident to inform our family and friends around the world about our progress. Once I came home from the hospital I started to write daily updates myself and wrote every single day between July 21, 2007 and Christmas of that same year.
This daily morning ritual of writing has been good for me and I plan to continue it. No longer as a patient in recovery, but as a more or less normal person living life, my second, to the fullest.
