Bio
Perhaps you like to visit museums, art galleries and famous sites when you go travelling.
I like to hang out at supermarkets and farmer’s markets and annoy people with endless food questions.
While the signs were all there in my 20′s, I didn’t clue into my foodie passion until some health issues compelled me to ask the big soul questions – again.
The smart path
Given how our mind body and spirit influence each other, I had to lift and examine the dust in all three areas of my life.
What followed (and continues) was a deliberate and powerful integration that included adopting a primarily organic, whole foods diet, living by my values and committing to a daily meditation practice.
Within this experience, I have found purpose in using my communication skills to help smart people like you integrate your mind, body+spirit and become your best selves more quickly — starting with real foods.
What’s in it for you
I want to be smart and deliberate on my path to wellness, so I’ve done the work for you through research, interviews and personal experiences.
I stand for quality and integrity so you’ll get the real information about food, products, wellness, social responsibility and anything related to nurturing your mind, body+spirit.
I make things clear and easy to understand with sprinkles of humour.
I’m in it with you to make this world a more lovable place.
PS: I lived in Vancouver, BC for 20 years before moving to Nairobi, Kenya in 2014. I have a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Communications from Simon Fraser University and an Associate Certificate in Public Relations from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
