Hi,
I am not what you would call the average fitness junky, in fact I am probably the most clumsy person you will ever meet, (I have managed to fall over whilst sitting on a park bench).
I have however, started attempting to get myself fit and have chosen off road multisport as my platform (manly influences may have been involved in this decision).
I thought it may be amusing to read about my blunders as I try and move from into Adventure Racing
