Bio
Founded in 1955 by Florida Artists like A. E. Backus and Helen Terry, the group was originally known as the Fort Pierce Art Club and later changed it's name in the 1980's. The artists have been maintaining a studio and gallery at 223 Avenue A, Fort Pierce, FL for over 11 years. Come in and take a class or just admire the art for sale. The artists exhbits change every month and there are two artists receptions: the 2nd Wednesday of the Month from 5:30 PM to 8 PM and again on the 2nd Saturday of the Month from 2 PM to 5 PM. There are monthly art demonstrations. Public is welcome and the events are free. Refreshments are served.
