I help people get in touch with their intuition and common sense so they can learn the best way to eat for their unique body; get to, and maintain, their ideal weight; and, as much as possible manage their own health. My initial, one hour consultation is always free. I am a Certified Health Counselor, graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, NY.
