Bio
I am a writer. My children's work includes "Gopher to the Rescue, A Volcano Recovery Story," published by Sylvan Dell, spring 2012. It's a book appropriate for k-5 about the surprising part tiny gophers had in the recovery of Mount St. Helens volcano. Kool Cat (KC), the first feline blogger hosts a website for elementary students with fun science facts. They are updated every two weeks, and encourage the students to extend their fun by doing more research and perhaps even writing a paragraph. I hope teachers find this website a useful too. Of course, the book is available for sale at the website. As a writer for adult, I love to share my ruminations on motherhood, aging, and the little joys and annoyances of life
