Bio
My husband and I have lived in Texas for over 40 years. During that time, we have raised three daughters, built a house, and learned about the value of hard work and family. I was a public school teacher for nearly 20 years before I retired in 2009. At the present time, I am self-employed as a private ESL/English tutor for students of all ages from prekindergarten to adult. As a life-long learner, I am always trying to learn new things and develop new skills. Right now, figuring out my new Nikon D7100 is providing me with many hours of very challenging fun! When I am not tutoring or taking pictures or reading a good mystery novel, I am usually busy practicing Mandarin and keeping up with my class assignments on Coursera.
