Bio
I'm a father/husband/son/brother who also happens to be a psychotherapist/counsellor/lecturer/educator/author. I work with clients from 14 years old to the end the scale (there is no end to the scale). My areas of practice are anger, aggressive behavior, resentment, forgiveness, anxiety, addictive behavior, depression, assertiveness, public speaking, self-esteem, ADHD, dealing with disabilities, coping with brain injury, performance psychology, parenting, relationships, and creativity. I also make music and think about working out every day.
