Bio
I am a psychiatrist working on newer treatments of drug abuse especially Alcoholism.Major problem in any addiction is Relapse.Treatment of withdrawal symptoms is not a cure for any drug abuse. Prevention of Relapse defines successful treatment.Unfortunately even now many hospitals and clinics are doing just that.Goal of treatment agreed to by the patient as well as doctor should be crystal clear.I have worked both at government as well as private hospitals.
