I am a young and intelligent male from the trigger of Africa-NIGERIA. I REALLY love to help people. I believe that good health is the greatest thing a person can have and i am determined to get this into as many people as possible. I am happy and stronger when appreciated. I formed an organisation in june 2007 named -better health for Nigerians. BHFN have fitness clubs in different areas in the country we also sensitize the public on the food to eat, rest, exercise and other things that has to do with health.
